My name is Edina
As a Councilwoman, I served my community through many challenging times: civil unrest, the protests of May 2020, and the Covid-19 pandemic, just to name a few.
I served the public with care and thoughtfulness, managed a multi-million-dollar budget, fixed roads, made critical decisions, and served our community —even when we weren't all on the same page.
Through all of my professional and personal experiences, I realized how crucial it is to work efficiently with others, despite having differences.
From there, I developed strategies to help you show up respectfully for your community, customers, and team members even if you have differing opinions.
There is a great need for these skills in our schools, healthcare systems, and service industries.
I'll teach you and your team how to build bridges, manage your mindset, and achieve your goals through conscious communication.
